This list is a starting place for research into the community of journal
publishing. Many of these journals publish on-line as well as in print.
You'll find a range of editorial interests and a window into the work of
contemporary writers in all genres and of all stripes. Many of these journals
are available through Small Press Distributors (spdbooks.org) or other
literary booksellers, and most can be found on-line. If you find that a
