To request a reservation of the LCD Projector or the Video Camcorder, first check the Calendar to confirm that the room is available at the time you would need it. If it is available, then fill in the entire form below and click Request. You will receive a confirmation via email. Confirmation is subject to change based on the scheduling guidelines outlined in this Policy.
