A module is a presentation, with hands-on demonstrations, on a subject area of interest to all parties. Brown students create a module, based upon their own interests, including independent study project, class demonstrations provided to them in their class, or simply on a subject that may have guided them to become a student of higher-education. The module presenter or creator is assisted by our Middle School consultant and Faculty outreach coordinator to incorporate the R.I. curriculum and the scientific content of their presentation. The presentations are free of charge and available to public, parochial or private schools, as well as science clubs, and organizations. Teachers or coordinators should visit the Apply section and complete the request form, or choose "book it" from the brief summary linked to each module title in the Current Module section.
