ArcExplorer format. You must have ArcExplorer 1.1 installed on
your computer to view these. This free program can be downloaded
from the ESRI website. The individual shapefiles can
also be viewed with ESRI ArcView 3.0 if they are added as themes
to a new ArcView project.
