CCV Help Desk

The Help Desk may be contacted by submitting a support request. Submissions are responded to on a first-come first-served basis. Please do not send requests to individual staff directly, as this may result in a delayed response. The Help Desk files a trouble ticket for each request and if the problem is not resolved on the initial contact the ticket is escalated within CCV.

Staff Availability

The CCV Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during the academic year, and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM while the university's summer schedule is in effect.
