Independent Language Study
Students who wish to study a language not offered on campus may petition for an Independent Study Project or Group Independent Study Project. In the past few years, students have studied the following languages independently: Danish, Dutch, Armenian, Romanian, Tagalog, Esperanto, Georgian, Hungarian, Thai, Vietnamese. For help in organizing a language independent study, students are welcome to email Language_Studies@brown.edu.
