Vulnerable Infants Program of Rhode Island (VIP-RI) The Vulnerable Infants Program of Rhode Island (VIP-RI) is a statewide model of coordinated care and support for drug-exposed infants, women, and their families. This unique program is designed to improve the community’s ability to manage cases involving children with prenatal drug-exposure who are at risk for compromised development. Our goal is to assist in connecting these infants and families with the earliest and best intervention services.
