Henkel Foundation Scholars
The Gerda Henkel Stiftung, a private German foundation that supports historical research, in close collaboration with the Department of Classics at Brown, provides an opportunity every second year for a senior classicist in a German-speaking country to carry on academic research at Brown for an academic year. The overall goal of this new fellowship is to promote a fruitful academic exchange between outstanding scholars in the humanities in the U.S. and in German-speaking countries.
