Dr. Evangelista is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed a residency at Rhode Island Hospital. He completed fellowships at Harvard School of Medicine, Beth Israel Deaconess and New England Hospitals. Dr. Evangelista specializes in musculoskeletal imaging. He is an Assistant Professor of Diagnostic Imaging at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is the Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging.
