Mark Dean, Assistant Professor of Economics.
Mark Dean received his Ph.D. in Economics from NYU in May 2009. His work is in the areas of Decision Theory, Behavioral Economics, and Neuroeconomics. He has published three papers in refereed journals and has five other publications. One of his publications is in a top disciplinary journal and develops and tests an axiomatic representation of dopamine production. He will join an emerging group in experimental economics at Brown. He will teach courses in intermediation microeconomics, economics of marketing, and behavioral macroeconomics.
