Education 1450: The Psychology of Teaching and Learning

Seeks both to demystify the process of teaching and to illuminate its complexities. Assists students with such questions as: What shall I teach? How shall I teach it? Will my students respond? What if I have a discipline problem? Focuses on the teaching-learning process and student behavior, as well as research, theory, and illustrations concerned with classroom applications of psychological principles and ideas. Enrollment limited to 50. Written permission required. (Fall)
