Prof. John Tyler is an invited panel participant at this year’s 31st Annual Research Conference of the Assoc. for Public Policy Analysis and Management, November 5-7 in Washington, DC. Prof. Tyler is one of four presenters on the panel “Using Value Added to Examine Teacher Effectiveness.” He will discuss “Using Student Achievement Data to Identify Effective Teaching Practices,” jointly authored work with Eric Taylor, Thomas J. Kane, and Amy Wooten of Harvard on the 5th.
