Brown in France Program and other Programs
Students enrolled in the Brown-in-France program may study for the whole academic year or a semester in Paris or Lyon. This is a direct entry program, where Brown students are enrolled directly in the French institutions : Universités de Paris 1 and 4 (la Sorbonne), Paris 6 and 8, Sciences -Pos Lyon (IEP) and Université Lumière Lyon 2. A preliminary four-week session in Paris enables students to perfect their French through an orientation lprogram supervised by the program resident director (Prof. Annie Wiart in 2011-12). Language prerequisite: FR600 or equivalent.
