Cogut Institute Annual Report 2022–23

2023-24 Fellows Seminar
25 fellows and visitors participate in the institute’s weekly research seminar this academic year, presenting and discussing their work-in-progress in a collegial environment.
Doctoral Certificate in Digital Humanities
The Brown University Library Center for Digital Scholarship (CDS) and the Cogut Institute for the Humanities partner to offer the doctoral certificate in digital humanities, which provides a foundation in digital methods and skills for Ph.D. students in the humanities and humanistic social sciences.
Disability Studies Working Group
Launched in Fall 2022 with the support of the Cogut Institute for the Humanities, the Disability Studies Working Group connects faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students from across the University. The working group will host a series of events over the course of the 2022–23 academic year. All members of the Brown University community are welcome.
