Dante's Inferno

In Canto XXXII of the Inferno, Dante is in the 9th Circle of Hell, where traitors are confined in ice. He encounters Bocca degli Abati, a Florentine, who reveals to him the names of some of the sinners to be found nearby.

If thou shouldst questioned be who else was there,
  Thou hast beside thee him of Beccaria,
  Of whom the gorget Florence slit asunder;

Gianni del Soldanier, I think, may be
  Yonder with Ganellon, and Tebaldello
  Who oped Faenza when the people slep."
