This is the side of 35 Richmond St (Mirabar), and unfortunately, there is no real sense of scale in this picture. The graveled area which presumably shows the ground footprint of the building, is not much wider than the width of an automobile. My guess is that this had been one of the small parking huts controlling access to the lot around/behind the standing building. The dead building nicely preserved the painting on the wall which had been weathered off elsewhere.
