The Cinémathèque Film Series is held weekly on Friday evenings when classes are in session. It provides and opportunity to see some of the rare holdings in the department's Archive, from the silent era to the present. Screenings begin at 6 p.m. and are held in Production #1 at 135 Thayer Street.
- The Modernist Journals Project

The primary goal of the MJP is to provide fully searchable online editions of the English-language journals and magazines that were important in shaping those modes of literature and art that came to be called modernist. The first project, in-process at Brown, is an edition of The New Age, comprised of those volumes produced under the editorship of A. R. Orage from 1907 to 1922.
