MEME Ensemble
Auditions for the MEME ensemble take place at the first class meeting. Interested students are encouraged to bring any acoustic/electronic instrument or sound-making device they would like to explore. Auditions are centered around the creative use of sound in an improvisational context as well as focused listening.
Applied Music Program (Individual Lessons)
Strings sign up for a Chamber Music audition. Winds, brass, and percussion sign up for a Wind Symphony audition. Jazz performance (incl. keyboard) see listing under Jazz Band above. Vocal instruction sign up for Voice audition (Tues. Sept. 15; Wed. Sept. 16). Piano instruction (not Jazz keyboard) sign up for Keyboard audition (Thurs. Sept. 10; Fri. Sept. 11). Ethnomusicology Performing Ensembles
