Back Issues: NOVEL charges $15.00 for each back issue ordered, plus $3.00 shipping and handling for the first issue and $1.00 for each additional issue in the same order. For orders outside the United States, shipping and handling is $8.00 for the first issue and $3.50 for each additional issue in the same order. Issues available for purchase begin with vol. 34.
