The Initiative in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (iPPE)
Political Theory is a hybrid discipline that bridges humanistic and social scientific approaches to political life. Through its Initiative in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (iPPE), the Project encourages the study of political questions from a rigorous interdisciplinary perspective. The Project supports students who wish to undertake an independent concentration in Philosophy, Politics and Economics---a program modeled on Oxford University’s famous program of the same name. The Project also sponsors the Open Seminar in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
