A floor plan is attached. Artist will provide press materials, including a resume, artistТs statement, and reproductions of works in the exhibition (slides or high-resolution scans) to Gallery staff at least one month prior to opening. Artist will provide a list of works in the exhibition, including title, date, medium, dimension, and price to Gallery staff at least one week prior to opening. Artist will deliver and hang exhibition, with assistance from Gallery staff. Because of short turn-around times, the exhibition must be installed the weekend before the opening and taken down within one day of closing. The Gallery has no storage space. Therefore, artwork must be removed upon deinstallation. Works not collected after one month may be disposed of. Services provided by the Gallery The Gallery will produce and distribute an invitation and poster. The artist may assist with the design if they wish. The Gallery will produce and distribute a press release through Brown University New Services. The Gallery will supply the Artist with 50 invitations for their own use. The Gallery will assist in installing and deinstalling the exhibition, and will produce exhibition labels. The Gallery will handle sales of works. The Gallery commission is 35%. Exhibitions can include works that are not for sale. The Gallery will provide insurance for works, at value provided by artist, while on Sarah Doyle premises. Works that are not picked up by the artist in accordance with the schedule above will be removed from the insurance policy.
