Ofira Shraga received her PhD from the School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University, Israel. Her area of expertise is Organizational Behavior. Her dissertation explores employees' vigor and its relations with job satisfaction and various job characteristics. Dr. Shraga's fields of interest are: emotions in organizations, group dynamics, and leadership. In her research she uses both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
