I have been working on research regarding population dynamics in the wake of socio-cultural and economic changes in Africa. In particular, I have worked with the Institute of Southern African Studies - National University of Lesotho and Lesotho Bureau of Statistics on the 2001 Demographic Survey Steering and Technical Committees. I also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Natal on Condom Use Among Adolescents in Durban (South Africa). Currently I am assisting Professor Susan Short (Brown University) on the Lesotho Children Project. My main interest is to measure population dynamics, as well as being able to understand how these dynamics impact households and communities.
