Ms. Manning posted this picture apparently to support her assertion that it was an "impossible feat" to get around the three concrete barriers on Nobody's Road:

But it is not an impossible feat to get around those barriers.

There is an easily visible turn-off from Nobody's Road just to the south of these barriers - right before where Manning photo was taken. It leads around and above the barriers and permits re-entry onto Nobody's Road immediately after the barriers. The car in the photo above did this without the high clearance or four-wheel drive that Halsey had on his Suburban Van.
