Bill Allen

Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Policy. Master of Social Planning, Boston College (1971). Specializations include non-profit organizations and community building. Bill is a past executive vice president of the United Way of Rhode Island . While there, he was the leader of a community building operation focused on system change and achieving results.
