Charissee Gulosino

Charisse Gulosino received her doctorate degree in the field of education policy from Teachers College, Columbia University . Her area of interest is in policies affecting students, their families, and communities in urban K-12 settings. Her research has been based on large-scale datasets, quantitative methods, and mixed methods approaches to data analysis. She has authored and co-authored publications on charter schools, school competition, privatization and school choice, teacher background/school context, geographic information systems, and the role of nonprofit organizations in the provision of educational services.
