Jane comes to Theatre Arts and Performance Studies after a long run as the Finance Director of the Washington Ballet where she received a standing ovation every year from the Board of Directors. She was also Assistant Vice President with Bank of America in the non-profit section and Finance Director of the Smithsonian Institution Inventory Group. Jane graduated with a degree in Asian History from Queens University and an accounting degree pieced together from Queens, USDA Correspondence School and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Jane was highly acclaimed for her performance as the Frog in the kindergarten production The Hare and the Tortoise at Friends School in Virginia Beach, directed by Teacher Annabelle. She was critically reviewed for bringing incense to Bethlehem during the Christmas pageant at the Holton Arms School in Washington, DC. During college Jane played tambourine with Goose Creek Symphony and the Blue Sky Committee. Jane was awarded the “Stunt Night” trophy her senior year in college for her play “I Left My Heart” and was elected to the Cakes and Ale chapter of Sigma Upsilon. She was tapped for membership of the Davidson chapter of “Who’s Nothing in American Colleges.” Jane is a watercolor illustrator and recently published “Poems for Mom."
