  • In 2008 I taught Painting as visiting faculty at California State University Long Beach.
  • In 2008 I exhibited at the Ruth Bachofner Gallery in Santa Monica, the Carl Berg Gallery and the Creative Arts Agency in LA, and the Wide Angle 3 Auction for the Cal State Long Beach University Art Museum. In July I will be in a show at Swarm Gallery in Oakland.

  • I went to medical school after graduation from Brown. I am now about to graduate and am going to do a residency in ophthalmology(eye surgery) at the University of Colorado. I hope to get back to art after I'm done with my residency.

  • Since graduation I have worked as a trial preparation assistant at the New York County DA's office, an event planner at New York University School of Law(I coordinated their 2007 & 2008 Public Interest Legal Career Fair), a gallery attendant and grounds keeper at the Dia Art Foundation's Dan Flavin Art Institute, and a farm-hand assistant on an organic vegetable farm on the South Fork of Long Island. I am currently looking for my next job and working in an art studio in my house.

  • From 2006-2008 I worked for a vintage textile archive in NYC as a sales/design associate. The job allowed me to travel and meet with fashion and home designers.
  • I have written for Nymag, Cool Hunting, and Whitehot Magazine of Contemporary Art as a freelance contributor.
  • I was able to spend two months traveling through Argentina and northeastern Brazil.

  • Summer after Brown graduation I worked for the design for Science program at Brown through the Computer Science Department.
  • Then I worked for an exhibit fabrication company called WB Inc.(Walsh Brothers) in Boston. Also interned at a foundry called Stonybrook Fine Arts, which offers courses and has some great work study opportunities. http://stonybrookfinearts.com

  • I was awarded an Artist in Residence position at the Oregon College of Art and Craft in Portland. During this 16 week long residency I got three significan pieces completed. http://www.ocac.edu

  • I'm working at Sotheby's in New York, as the assistant in the 19th Century European Paintings department, where I do a lot of research and cataloguing.
  • After Brown, I did a classical art program through the Aegean Center for the Fine Arts in Italy and Greece.

  • I work for the Philadelphia corporate headquarters of the Visual Department of Anthropologie. I'm the technical assistant in the department that designs the store windows, displays,and merchandising. I do all the work the team requires in In design, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
