Application
Mellon Graduate Workshops focus on intellectual problems or topics of interest to students writing their dissertations. Multidisciplinary initiatives are encouraged as well as disciplinary based seminars. Applications must be completed by a member of the Brown faculty and an eligible graduate student. Applications should be sent to the Graduate School (Box 1867) or emailed to Graduate_School@brown.edu. The submission deadline for Mellon Graduate Workshop applications for 2008-2009 is April 15, 2008. A committee made up of the Dean of the Graduate School and two other Brown faculty members will evaluate all applications and select proposals to fund for the 2008-2009 academic year.
