The Project Delivery Process Guidelines (PDP Guidelines) :

The PDP Guidelines have been developed by Facilities Management, in conjunction with the Corporation Committee on Facilities and Design, to serve as both a communication and working tool that aids in the planning, designing, and constructing of new buildings and renovations.

The primary purpose of the PDP Guidelines is to provide the best stewardship of the campus facilities by facilitating communication between University stakeholders and external consultants and contractors who may be hired to assist in the project delivery process.
