Network Systems and Services

The network services group at CIS is responsible for overseeing Brown's Internet connection to the outside world and for planning, installing, and maintaining the campus computer network.

The network systems group is responsible for maintaining the Netware servers, Novell servers, and Unix servers and services at Brown. Some of the services of these two groups are discussed further below.
