Other Software & Limitations
PDF (Portable Document Format): Submit a properly configured PDF for print. The PDF must be high resolution, all fonts embedded, and colors defined correctly. Include bleeds & crops. The file should be 100% ready for print as PDFs are not editable. If there are any changes in the production stage, the designer is responsible for resubmitting the file with changes.
Microsoft Word: We accept simple documents created in Word, e.g. letters. Please use design software when creating brochures, posters, etc. Keep in mind Word is a word processing program, not a design program.
Microsoft PowerPoint: PowerPoint was created for screen presentations, rather than graphic design for print.
