Reservations

Our vacancy rate fluctuates throughout the year based upon many factors. Early reservations are recommended and encouraged. Many of the most popular dates for Brown University events fill up quickly, so please contact us as soon as your dates are firm and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

  • If a room is available for the date(s) you've requested, your reservation will be booked and confirmed via email.
  • If no room is available for the date(s) you've requested, a No Vacancy letter will be sent via email.

The Saunders Inn does not accept reservations for Commencement Weekend (Reunion Weekend) in May, when the rooms are reserved for special guests of the University.

FAMIly weekend
october 16-18, 2009
two-night minimum (Friday & saturday nights)

There are currently no rooms available for Family Weekend 2009. In the event of any cancellations, we are keeping a waitlist. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for Family Weekend, please email us at The_Inn@Brown.edu. The Inn is no longer taking names for the Family Weekend 2009 waitlist.

Even though your name will be added to our waitlist, we highly recommend that you make other accommodation arrangements obtaining a written cancellation policy before booking. Therefore, if a room becomes available at the Saunders Inn, you will have the option of cancelling your reservation and rebooking with us.
