Aida longs for an opera career, but the closest she's come is zipping up the chorus ladies' corsets backstage at the Met--until fate steps in and sends her reeling. Aida 'comes to' onstage in a Bologna nightspot--singing American jazz to an audience of Italian stallions. Crazy dream? Or answer to her prayers? That's Amore!
