2008 Girls on the Clock


Gillian is a third-year student in the Brown/Trinity Consortium MFA acting program, where she most recently performed on the Trinity Rep mainstage in Cabaret (2nd Lady, Gorilla). At the Consortium, she has also appeared in Exquisite Corpse (Ellen), Hamlet (Gertrude), Mad Forest (Flavia), Blood Wedding (Mother) and A Doll's House (Kristine Linde). She also directed the premiere of At Night It Glows, by Lizzie Vieh.

Before relocating to Providence, Gillian spent the previous four years between New York, Chicago, and Moscow – where she studied at the Moscow Art Theatre School, exploring her love of Chekhov in Russian. Chicago credits include Rebecca in Submerged at Speaking Ring Theatre Company, Gwen in Round Seven, and Gina in Trust as part of Act One Studios' annual festival of new one-act plays.

Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in Theatre Performance and Russian Studies. Some of her favorite undergraduate projects include Defusion by Brooke Berman, and May in Fool For Love.
