The hard copy of whatever portions of journals are held online will be sent to the Annex.

Material that hasn't circulated since 1980 will be sent to the Annex.

Dictionaries, encyclopedias, bibliographies, handbooks and other reference works, as well as material that is identified as being consulted frequently will not be sent to the Annex.

Individual selection guidelines by LC class and subject will supercede the general guidelines.

If material is mistakenly sent to the Annex when it should be on-campus, it will be brought back.
