Request Articles From Another Library
Current Brown students, faculty and staff may request journal articles, book chapters, and other
non-returnable material through Interlibrary Loan.
(Note: This page pertains to articles, chapters and other non-returnables only. To borrow a book,
microfilm, a-v material, or dissertation click here.)
Interlibrary Loan

Use the Article options available at the bottom of the
Borrowing Options page.
If using ILLiad, please supply as much information as is known about the material, including, if possible, Medline or other database accession number(s), ISSN number, and the source of your citation.
Articles can be:
- held for your pickup at either the Rockefeller or Sciences Library,
- mailed to your campus address,
- FAXed to a local telephone, or
- sent to you as an E-mail PDF attachment.
Normal turn-around time: 5 - 7 days.
