| INTERESTS |
| I am studying perceptual learning in
the periphery. My past research showed that category learning does not transfer to untrained locations with
different kinds of stimuli, suggesting a low level processing of the information. Recently I have been
looking at the possibility of teaching people how to read in the periphery to assist with rehabilitation
techniques for macular degeneration patients. |
