The Vascular Research Laboratories at the Providence VA Medical Center occupy 2000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facilities and resources including a fluorescence live cell microscopy and imaging system, glove box enclosed incubating system with independent dynamic control of O2 and CO2, and an electrical cell impedance system.The Medical Center has a cardiac CT and a digital vascular lab to perform endothelial function studies and coronary imaging. The additional laboratories include shared rooms for tissue culture, heavy equipment, fluorescence microscopy, darkroom, cold room, animal facilities, and office space.
We are located within a 10 minute drive to the campuses of Brown University and affiliated hospitals.
