Description
|
Intensive workshop
for rigorous experiments in narrative digital
media. Students may propose projects including, but
not limited to, hypertext fiction, text adventure,
Web art, ambient audio, interactive cinema, virtual
reality (desktop or immersive), and real-space
installation or performance. Collaboration between
authors, visual artists, musicians, filmmakers, and
performance artists is encouraged and facilitated
through introductory exercises. Weekly lab
tutorials provide an overview of genres and
technological options, so no familiarity with
computers is required.
