IMPORTANT NOTICE for All BOLTers Participating in the Fall Trip:
It is important that you arrive back on Saturday to move-in, rest-up and be on time for the the Pre-Trip Meeting on Sunday.
Please schedule your return to campus for Saturday, August 29th.
Key pick-up is between 10:00-2:00 pm at the Office of Residence Life on Saturday.
*If your flight comes in after this time DPS can key you into your room once for the night and you can pick up a key at Residence Life at 10am on Sunday.
TIP: It is helpful to re-hydrate after traveling . Otherwise, you will likely end up with a headache and nausea on the first night after backpacking all day.

| **We will collect and provide important information at this meeting. If you are unable to attend, please contact the BOLT managers to ask about a make-up session. | |
| Summer Deposit Due date | Friday, May 29, 2009 |
| Summer deadlines: |
1. Please inform us ASAP if you are not able to participate. 2. We will draw from the waitlist as openings are available. 3. Deposits are due Friday, May 29th 4. New Transfer applications due July 31st 5. Final payments are due July 31st. |
It is required for all BOLTers to participate in the Pre-trip meeting on Sunday, August 30, 2009 in order to join us for the trip. The meeting begins at 12 noon. |
