Brown University Catering will make deliveries of food and supply orders over $35.00 on Campus
Deliveries Monday-Saturday 6:00 am to 7:00 pm the fee is $15.00
Deliveries Monday-Saturday before 6:00 am or after 7:00 pm the fee is $25.00.
Deliveries on Sundays and holidays the fee is $50.00 (based on Catering Schedule 8am-5pm).
Deliveries to off campus locations the fees are based upon the location and type of event. Catering Manager will determine the delivery fee.
Note: Customers are always welcome to pick up their orders at the Sharpe Refectory. Hot food is not available for pick up.
Our Drivers' Access to On-campus Buildings
Brown University Catering has access to the Sharpe Refectory and Andrews Dining Hall.
If your event is not at either of these locations, to avoid additional delivery charges, we suggest contacting your catering coordinator to confirm delivery time of your order to ensure no additional fees are incurred.
Delivery Times
All deliveries are scheduled based upon logistics of your event (i.e. time, location, type of service etc.).
The following are to determine the delivery time of your order: Please send actual start time of food event when placing orders.
Delivery Only ½ hour to 1 hour prior to your event
Set/ Clean (no hot food) 1 hour to 1 ½ hours prior to your event
Receptions/Lunches/Dinners 2 hours to 2 ½ hours prior to your event
