As the year comes to a close, the Greek Cup race is coming down to the wire.
We voted on our year end awards in last night's Greek Council meeting:
Best Party went to AEPi's "Wriston Rising," and Sigma Chi's "Disco Inferno" took second
Theta's "Hoops for Casa" beat AXO's "Love Shouldn't Hurt" by a single vote to win best one time community service event.
and AEPi's "Environment for a Cure" took first place for best year long philanthropy effort over AXO's work with the Rhode Island Women's Center.
With this final competition, AXO is still holding a slim lead at 53 points. But AEPi and Theta both seem to be making a late surge to compete for the top spot with 52 and 51 points respectively.
The competition closes Friday night. Can AXO hold onto their lead? Can AEPi or Theta find a way to win before time runs out? Or will it be one of the other houses making a miraculous come-back? We'll announce the winner at next week's Greek Council Meeting so check back on Wednesday for the final count!
