The Self-Help Center consists of a lending library of books and a Seasonal Affective Disorder lightbox. Books in our lending library can be checked out for two weeks by leaving a $5 deposit. In the event that your mental health provider has suggested light therapy might be beneficial, you may try our lightbox with a minimal deposit to help you decide whether to purchase one of your own.
