Residential Council Minutes :: February 11 & 13, 2003

Attendance Feb 11: Sanders, Jeb, Jesse, Evan, Eddie, Brookes, Chris, Josh, Golodny

New Business:

Bottega has decided to disband due to lack of members.

Interfaith Program House has been granted on-campus permission (7-2-0). Concerns of those dissenting dealt with the member selection process.

Art House (minus the co-op) has been granted on-campus permission (7-0-0). (PLEASE SEE BELOW)

Delta Tau has been granted permission to move to Olney house, but without a change of housing status (7-0-0). (PLEASE SEE BELOW)

Although votes were taken on 2/13, there was no quorum at the meeting. The funny thing about this is that two-thirds of the (non-existent) quorum voted for the addition of Art House, and that a majority of the (again, non-existent) quorum voted to move Delta Tau. This means that we need someone else to vote on these two proposals in order to make the quorum, but whether the vote is yes or no does not matter. So, if you weren’t at the meeting today (2/13) please email me with your vote. Thanks.
