Policy: Will be looking into expanding card access into more areas.
Program House: Josh met with Housing Officer Chad Mank, Officer Mank is going to make a roster of Program House Presidents, which was passed around. There will be dates next week for info sessions and Fall Review.
Lottery: Lottery will be administering looking into new polling (as in the Sophomore survey last year), as well as creating new exit polls for people who participate in the lottery/off-campus housing.

This Thursday, the new Director of Housing, Richard Bova, will have a reception in his honor on Thursday, September 25, from 4-5 P.M., at the Brian Room of the Maddock Alumni Center. He will attempt to come to the meetings in the future.

Dean Forsberg will be scheduling more dorm tours.

1. Pam, as Lottery Chair, is considering doing a paper survey or doing online questions on a website every two weeks. Potential questions and options were discussed, including adding questions about winter housing and card access.

2. We discussed moving the off-campus housing date earlier and posting the Senior numbers for the lottery earlier. The former issue became more controversial, as the issue of how strict the deadline should be and whether we should make the default option for seniors on or off campus became very contested. Brooks, as Policy Chair, will look into related issues (including whether someone must separate from the University after two semesters).
