Lottery: It will happen.
Policy: Policies are being worked out.
Program House: Program Houses will exist.

There will be no meeting next week; Art House will come to the first meeting of second semester.

Campus Life Task Force met. An architect made a presentation about housing. They have been talking about graduate student housing a lot.

As Alexander Carnevale missed his third meeting, he is now off the Residential Council: Adam Deitch is now a full member of the Council.

1. Waitlist policy for co-ed housing was discussed. There are difficulties of figuring out which gender should be the default for filling in rooms in do-ed suites, for instance when two males and two females remain in a five person suite. Brooks motions that we should fill in co-ed rooms according to Brown housing policy and that we will put in the Grapevine the information that co-ed suites will be filled in with either gender. It passes. (8-0-0)

2. Gender neutral housing was also discussed. Brooks motions to create some gender neutral housing. It passes. (7-0-0)

3. Issues for next year: winter housing and community building for upperclassmen dorms.

4. Dean Forsberg announced that off-campus applications are available: they must be turned in by December 12, with an acceptance or waitlist announcement by December 19.
