Lottery: Dorm tours and Wednesday lottery.
Policy: Sophomore situation.
Program House: None.

1. Adam Deitch is excused for the Campus Life Task Force (10-0-0).

2. Lottery policy: late turn in is discussed. While compassion for those missing is considered, difficulties with the computer program, time, and logistics were considered. Chris motions that the policy continue to be strict when you are gone you do not pick; this is approved. (10-0-0)

3. The issue of ADA assignments for program houses was brought up by Dean Forsberg. This likely needs to be dealt with on an ad hoc basis, or so Chris says.

4. Speeding up the lottery: next week we may move Residential Life staffers into the hallway away from the floor for signing housing contracts: Forsberg will walk the space personally to make sure people sign their contracts and remember their numbers. We continue contract signing at the lottery for students' convenience and to make sure they actually sign it. People need to clear from the pathways for fire and logistical reasons, even during the crowded beginning of the lottery. The triple issue and whether they have two, three, or four individual rooms were discussed: they need to be researched by the students.

5. Art House makes presentation on what they want to do this semester. Of sixty applications, they accepted twenty, leading to 27 members for next year. They are running varied community service activities, campus social events, and artistic workshops. They are doing very well, both in their external and internal involvement.
