Lottery: The Lottery is DONE! The data is not currently compiled, but will go out soon. Communities are being established. Surveys for Quiet, Substance Free, and Single Sex Housing were filled out and will be considered.

Policy: New Pembroke 3 and 4 should be connected with card access by the end of the day; some CS students want to design a program to make the lottery to be more live.

Program House: Spring Review next Wednesday at 5 P.M. Pizza will be there; so should you.

Congratulations to Pam for a great lottery.

Dean Mena and Jablonski will be seen soon.

If we have a program house with 20 live-in members and 25 out-of-house, there are problems that need to be resolved. First, this causes problems because the smaller independent kitchen becomes used by a too large group of people. Out-of-house members being such a high proportion is in itself problematic and raises questions of need for living space.
The issue of people joining the lottery and a program house at the same time was discussed and found problematic as well. Primarily, this seems to counteract the whole live-in element of the house. Brooks motions that all those planning to join or continue to live in a program house should be required to fill out a housing contract by Super Deadline Day. It passes (7-0-2).
The survey data was discussed. It has a questionable utility but does question the need for houses.
