Committee Reports:

Program House Chair Chris Guhin reported that he will meet with ResLife next week to work on revising program house guidelines.

Policy Committee Chair Olanma Okoji reported that Policy Committee met and began discussing the policy issues raised at the meeting two weeks ago.

Lottery Committee Chair Brendan Hargreaves reported that First Pick competition is almost ready. He has printed up posters to be put up in dorms urging people to vote. Dates have been set for lottery info sessions and Brendan is looking for volunteers. He met with Rosario an hour ago and online applications for lottery are underway.

All lottery entries will be going online soon and people will be able to vote on them until Sunday night. This Saturday night at 8 pm there will be a screening, possibly hosted by the Brown Stand Up Comics, probably in Salomon 001.

There is still no answer about Grad Center becoming co-ed.

111 Brown Street will now have 12 people in it, and applications will hopefully be online.

"The Washington Society" wants to be considered for program house status. Although program houses are usually considered only in the Fall, Rich Bova wants us to consider their application. In the past, we've run info sessions, sent out emails and table slipped in the fall to encourage program houses to apply. The possible solution to "The Washington Society" would be six doubles on the Pembroke side of campus. Without objection, ResCouncil decided to uphold our existing rules regarding Program House creation.

Rescouncil moved to put up signs in all laundry room directing students to call ResLife if they lose money or if the laundry machine is not working correctly. The motion passed unanimously.
